Incident Management Advice
EMSI can provide advisors directly to the Incident Management Team at the Incident Command Post (ICP), Joint Field Office (JFO), Area Command Post (ACP) or Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) to provide ICS technical knowledge and suggested courses of action to aid in the overall management process.  This can be of great assistance in keeping the incident management process effective and focused on the incident.

Facilitation
EMSI can provide trained and experienced facilitators at any location to assist with special meetings during an incident and as part of an after action process. This can help in conducting productive and effective meeting management and assist with a post incident corrective action process.

Special Event Assistance
EMSI can assist with planning and conducting special events through advising and coaching, position staffing and general oversight.

These kits provide essential support tools and props for an effective incident management at command, control and support facilities. These consist of planning displays, signage, position tents and other ICS support products.

Technical Specialist Assistance
EMSI can provide incident technical assistance such as Hazardous Materials specialists, damage assessments specialists, and on-the-job training instructors in ICS and related incident management subjects.

   

EMSI has vast experience in exercise design and delivery in support of functional training and response team readiness.

EMSI personnel have also provided coaching and mentoring services for exercises conducted on a national level.
